These Terms govern your use of the a9win website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process on a9win, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them at all times during your use of the Platform.

A9win reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a9win will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of a9win following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with a9win's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use the a9win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. A9win enforces age verification and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players on a9win.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of a9win or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by a9win or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

A9win reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

To access the full features of the a9win Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain only one active a9win account. If a9win detects that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings held in those accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact a9win support immediately.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. A9win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify a9win immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC): A9win is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

A9win accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at a9win's discretion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within the a9win cashier.
• A9win does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which a9win bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your a9win account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. A9win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• A9win reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.

All funds deposited into your a9win account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. A9win does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are held separately from a9win's operational funds.

Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your a9win account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the a9win cashier at the time of request.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• A9win aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
• A9win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal and may request further documentation where necessary.

If a9win has reasonable grounds to suspect that a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, a9win may delay, withhold, or refuse the withdrawal and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

A9win may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all a9win bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A9win reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• A9win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting game mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

All games available on the a9win Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

• Bets placed on a9win are final once confirmed. A9win does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, a9win will attempt to resolve the round based on the game's recorded state at the time of the malfunction. A9win's decision in such matters is final.
• A9win uses a provably fair random number generation system. The integrity of all game outcomes can be independently verified by players using the verification tools provided within the Platform.
• A9win publishes Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or suspension imposed by a9win or any regulatory authority.
• Engaging in any conduct that a9win reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward a9win staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

A9win is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. Gaming on a9win should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming stops being fun and starts causing financial or personal distress, a9win provides the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the a9win Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or create a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balances forfeited. A9win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on a9win, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

A9win will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform services.

All content on the a9win Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of a9win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the a9win Platform without prior written consent from a9win.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a9win's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a9win account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

A9win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if a9win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

A9win does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond a9win's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. A9win will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

You may close your a9win account at any time by contacting a9win support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

A9win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• A9win is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
• A9win reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in a9win's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, a9win reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

A9win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the a9win Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and a9win, you are encouraged to contact a9win's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. A9win is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits a9win's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
